IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• When you make an online purchase your credit card details are collected, processed, and tokenized by our payment provider (Windcave). This Token is stored securely in our booking system to enable our team to process refunds and booking changes.
• If a refund is requested, we will process back on to the tokenised card. We will gain permission from the card holder before processing any additional charges to the token on file. Tokens are unique to our systems, no credit card information is retained or handled outside of our secure payment provider.
